Do I need to pay to play?

No. Idolrun is free to play.

You can earn more through daily logins, profile completion, weekly challenges, friend referrals, and our mail-in entry option. Free players can climb the leaderboard, win every prize tier, and compete for the grand prize.

Premium gem packs are available for fans who want to participate in more cards each week, but they're completely optional. No purchase is ever necessary to play, win, or redeem prizes.

What can I win?

  • Live moments — concert tickets, fan meet entries, backstage passes
  • Signed & sealed — authenticated signed photocards and albums
  • Make headlines — Hulu and Times Square billboard placements for your bias, plus premium experiences like first-class flights, 5-star hotel stays, and backstage access at your bias's next show, anywhere in the world they're performing.

Can I appeal a card resolution?

Yes. You have 7 days to dispute a resolution.

Every card resolves to a single public source of truth listed on the card detail page before answer open. If you believe a resolution doesn't match what the source shows, file a dispute through the Dispute button on the card page or by emailing marketing@idolrun.comwithin 7 days of resolution.

What happens to my account if I stop playing?

Your account stays open, but unused tickets, keys and Coins eventually expire.

If you don't log in for 30 days. we'll consider your account inactive. and have to reactivate it.

Here's what that means:

  • Tickets and keys expire after 12 months of inactivity. We send three reminder emails before any expiration.
  • Coins expire after 12 months of inactivity, on the same schedule.
  • Your account itself stays open. Log back in any time and you can earn fresh tickets and keys through daily logins, referrals, and other free methods.
  • Prizes already redeemed and shipped are unaffected.

How is my information protected?

We collect only what we need, store it securely, and share it only with vetted partners.

When you sign up, play, or redeem, we collect:

  • Account info — name, email, country, date of birth (for age verification)
  • Identity info — government ID, where required to confirm eligibility for grand-prize travel or large redemptions
  • Payment info — handled directly by our payment partners; we never store full card numbers
  • Usage info — the cards you enter, answers you make, points you earn
  • Device info — IP address, device type, approximate location
  • We use this information to run the service, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, fulfill prizes, and comply with the law — nothing else. We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers (cloud hosting, identity verification, fulfillment) under strict contracts, and with regulators where the law requires.
  • Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs. Idolrun complies with applicable data-protection laws, including:
