Idol Run uses a virtual currency called "Gems." Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchased Gems are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to adjust Gem balances for technical errors, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Predictions on Idol Run are for entertainment purposes only. Outcomes are determined by real-world K-pop events and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific results or returns.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idol Run and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
